Jeff has spent over twelve years in the commercial lending industry with the last eight of them focused on real estate. He has held various roles in business development, capital markets, underwriting, and asset management. Most recently, Jeff worked for Ygrene Energy Fund, originating new business and developing bank relationships with the goal of building cost-effective capital structures for his clients. Prior to that role, Jeff was with Access Point Financial, a leading hospitality lender. With Access Point, he was responsible for underwriting new loans and leading capital markets efforts. Jeff earned his MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
