Anne Hill has been intimately involved with the Commercial PACE industry for more than 6 years, with over $300 million in PACE closings.

She most recently served as President of Stonehill PACE. After launching their Commercial PACE program within the Stonehill platform, Anne oversaw all aspects of the C-PACE offering, including originations, underwriting and due diligence, compliance, closing, and servicing. Under her leadership, the team closed $130MM of C-PACE transactions within the first 18 months.

Before her time at Stonehill, Anne founded a six-person C-PACE consulting business and served as co-owner of Murphy Company, a 100-year-old commercial design and construction company.

Anne holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture degree from Princeton University.
