C-PACE provides an attractive and easily attainable alternative to traditional participations or syndications.

Bayview’s unique approach to C-PACE provides banks with additional deposits of up to 85% of the C-PACE loan.

Many banks are bringing in C-PACE retroactively to refinance out their original construction loan and put their money back to work on new loans.

C-PACE can come in during construction and up to 3 years after completion to help cover project cost overages and/or bridge the project to stabilization.

C-PACE is a passive participant in bank loans. C-PACE lenders do not have the ability to accelerate payments at any time.

C-PACE is non-recourse and cannot be accelerated at any time.

C-PACE loans can transfer upon sale of a property or be pre-paid at any time.

Future C-PACE payments cannot be accelerated ahead of the lender. Additionally, Bayview’s C-PACE structure includes several provisions to protect the Bank’s senior position.
