Danny Roberts is a real estate and Commercial PACE professional with over 5 years of PACE underwriting and transaction management experience. Danny previously worked at CleanFund Commercial PACE Capital, one of the Commercial PACE industry’s first direct lending platforms. At CleanFund, Danny held various underwriting and transaction-focused roles, and throughout his tenure was involved in closing well over one hundred million in C-PACE financings. Before CleanFund, Danny spent 2.5 years as an analyst at a boutique venture capital firm in Tel Aviv, Israel, helping the firm to acquire, grow, and sell B2B software-as-a-service applications.

Danny holds a B.S. in Business Management from the Leeds School of Business at CU Boulder, and a Certificate in Real Estate with a Concentration in Investment Analysis from UCLA. He is an active member of ULI, JNF, and other organizations.
