The Sponsor was seeking to fill a gap in the capital structure, and saw both C-PACE and E-B5 as compelling structures that worked well for the project’s overall needs.
By maximizing the C-PACE loan the sponsor was able to secure long-term, fixed-rate financing for the majority of the project debt stack. Bayview structured the loan that helped optimize the capital stack.
